Who is ZustSkool for?

Daycares, preschools, play schools, crèches and multi-centre childcare chains. Owners, directors, teachers, accountants and parents each get their own view, on the web and in the Android and iOS app.

Is there a free trial? Do I need a card?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial and you do not enter a card to sign up. You choose a plan and pay only when you decide to continue.

Does it work for centres in India?

ZustSkool is built India-first: fees in INR, Razorpay online payments with UPI, GST-ready invoices, and payroll with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS. It also supports CAD and USD for centres abroad.

How do parents use it?

Parents get an invite to the guardian portal and mobile app. They see daily reports and photos, attendance, messages, announcements, the calendar, weekly menus and fee invoices, and they can pay online.

How does geofenced check-in work?

Each centre sets its location and a radius. When a teacher checks a child in or clocks in, the phone’s GPS position is verified against that radius. Managers can override with a reason and every attempt is logged.

Can you help us move our existing data?

Yes. You can import your students from Excel or CSV, and our team will help you set up your centres, classes and fee plans during onboarding.

Do we really get a website?

Every organisation gets a public website with programs, centres, careers and an enquiry form that feeds straight into your admissions pipeline. You can connect your own domain, too.

We have more than one centre. Is that supported?

Yes. Run all your centres under one organisation, with roles and permissions per person and reports across centres. Plans differ only by how many centres, children and staff you have.

Is our data safe?

Data is separated per organisation, access is controlled by roles and permissions, report photos are served only to signed-in staff and the child’s guardians, and changes carry an audit trail.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. There is no long-term contract.
