Cancellation & Refund Policy

ZustSkool (the "Service", available at getzustskool.com, its subdomains and the ZustSkool mobile apps) is owned and operated by GPRN Software ("ZustSkool", "we", "us", "our"). Questions? Email info@gprnsoftware.com.

1. Free trial

The free trial costs nothing and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from Billing in your ZustSkool account, or by emailing info@gprnsoftware.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

3. Refunds of subscription fees

  • Monthly plans: fees for a billing period that has started are not refundable, and we do not give pro-rata refunds for unused days.
  • Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 7 days the yearly fee is not refundable.
  • Always refunded in full: duplicate payments, a charge made after you cancelled, or an incorrect amount charged because of a technical error.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@gprnsoftware.com within 30 days of the payment with your organisation name, the payment date and the Razorpay payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

5. When you receive it

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Fees paid by parents to a centre

Tuition and other fees that parents pay to a childcare centre through ZustSkool are received by that centre and are governed by the centre's own cancellation and refund policy. Please contact your centre to request a refund. When a centre approves a refund of an online payment, it is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If a payment failed but money left your account, it is reversed automatically by the bank or Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days; write to us if it is not.
