Shipping & Delivery Policy

ZustSkool (the "Service", available at getzustskool.com, its subdomains and the ZustSkool mobile apps) is owned and operated by GPRN Software ("ZustSkool", "we", "us", "our"). Questions? Email info@gprnsoftware.com.

Digital service, nothing is shipped

ZustSkool is online software (SaaS). We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

Delivery

Your account is activated immediately when you sign up for a free trial, and a paid plan is activated immediately after a successful payment. You receive a confirmation by email and can sign in at getzustskool.com or in the ZustSkool app.

When parents pay a centre's fees online, the payment confirmation and receipt are shown immediately and sent by email, and the invoice is marked paid in the centre's records.

Problems with access

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@gprnsoftware.com with the payment reference and we will fix it or refund you under our cancellation and refund policy.
